2019 RAM 1500 Coming with Impressive Refresh

While 2018 is fresh, that doesn't mean that planning ahead stops in the automotive world. 2019 models are already starting to make appearances for release into showrooms like ours at Southfork Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and the 2019 RAM 1500 is among them, with a redesign ready to go!

Shedding some weight, the 2019 RAM 1500 will drop about 225 pounds as it adds more high-strength, lighter steel in the truck cabin, while also having the truck bed made from aluminum to give it more balance, and more power. There's also new features like a logo redesign, plus new hybrid technology called eTorque. It replaces the normal starter and alternator and gives it a 48-volt motor on the accessory drive, which is responsible for starting the engine and providing extra torque when you need it.

You'll still find plenty of standout power, including the heavy duty 395-horsepower 5.7-liter HEMI® V8. There's also a new available 12-inich infotainment display, and the standard display is now 8.4-inches. You'll have access to Uconnect®, Android Auto™, Apple CarPlay™ and much more, along with a 360-degree view camera, and five standard USB ports. In addition, there's plenty of safety and convenience, too.

There's still big towing numbers, and plenty of different options with multiple trims available on the 2019 RAM 1500.
