After being gone for decades, the Jeep Gladiator truck is returning to the lineup for the 2020 model year! Some of our shoppers might remember this iconic pickup, but even if you don't, now is the time to get behind the wheel of this legendary ride.
The Jeep Gladiator: A Quick Glance

Take a Peek Inside this New Jeep Truck

Seating: the Jeep Gladiator has room for five, so you'll be able to take plenty of friends around Houston or off-roading. If you want a Gladiator with a more refined interior, then you can upgrade to leather seats.
Interior: one of the coolest aspects of the Gladiator's interior is that you can feel like you're outside when you're buckled up. Like the Jeep Wrangler, the Gladiator has removable doors, front and back windows, and roof panels. Get ready to feel the breeze as you drive through Pearland.
Safety & Technology: for safety, you'll love being able to get front and rear parking sensors for easy truck maneuvering, blind spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control. Like many new Jeep models, the Gladiator has over 80 active and passive safety measures that'll help you stay safe no matter the conditions. On the convenience front, you'll get a touchscreen (either 5-, 7-, or 8.4-inches), Apple CarPlayâ„¢/Android Autoâ„¢ on the top two screens, available SiriusXM radio and traffic alerts so you don't get stuck in Friendswood traffic, power-seating, and more! There's even technology that's specific to monitoring your off-roading trips.
Drivetrain: the Gladiator is set to be the most capable truck in its segment, which means 4x4 technology is standard. Even if you're mostly on the Sugar Land pavement, you'll still enjoy the solid ride. For more spirited terrain, the Rubicon has Dana®44 axles, and you can get a limited-slip differential.
Performance: all 2020 Gladiator trims have a 3.6L V6 engine, and you can choose from a 6-speed or 8-speed transmission. Towing goes up to 7,650 pounds and you can carry a pay load of up to 1,600 pounds. Starting in the 2020 calendar year, Gladiator shoppers can get a 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 with an 8-speed transmission; check for the specs closer to the arrival date.
